چکیده
Since the 1950s, rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) has significantly contributed to Malaysia's agricultural economy due its capability produce high-value natural rubber. Due presence of cis-1,4-polyisoprene, exhibits unique properties such as flexibility, high elasticity, and efficient heat dispersion. Cis-1,4-polyisoprene is synthesized via two distinct metabolic pathways: isoprenoid biosynthesis. RNA sequencing was performed on 12 specimens from bark, leaf, latex tissues clones, RRIM 3001 (high yield) 712 (low yield). After quality assessment, these generated a mean 73,816,244 clean reads. The differential expression analysis revealed that Acetyl-CoA-Acetyltransferase (AACT) Diphosphomevalonate Decarboxylase (MVD) genes (via MVA pathway), well Small Rubber Particle Protein (SRPP) Elongation Factor (REF) biosynthesis were overexpressed in compared 712. transcription factor Ethylene Response (ERF) also found be more highly expressed than Five clones with random yield characteristics used quantitative amplification validate AACT, MVD, SRPP, REF, ERF genes. shows five consistently clones.

Comparative Transcriptome Analysis of Latex Reveals Molecular Mechanisms Underlying Increased Rubber Yield in Hevea brasiliensis Self-Rooting Juvenile Clones
Rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) self-rooting juvenile clones (JCs) are promising planting materials for rubber production. In a comparative trial between self-rooting JCs and donor clones (DCs), self-rooting JCs exhibited better performance in rubber yield. To study the molecular mechanism associated with higher rubber yield in self-rooting JCs, we sequenced and comparatively analyzed the late...
متن کاملInsights into rubber biosynthesis from transcriptome analysis of Hevea brasiliensis latex.
Hevea brasiliensis is the most widely cultivated species for commercial production of natural rubber (cis-polyisoprene). In this study, 10,040 expressed sequence tags (ESTs) were generated from the latex of the rubber tree, which represents the cytoplasmic content of a single cell type, in order to analyse the latex transcription profile with emphasis on rubber biosynthesis-related genes. A tot...
متن کاملA Stimulator Protein of Rubber Biosynthesis from Hevea brasiliensis Latex
A rubber biosynthesis stimulator protein (RBSP)from the C-serum of Hevea brasiliensis latex was purified and characterised. This proteinaceous factor stimulates the incorporation of isopentenyl diphosphate into rubber and thereby enhances the rate of rubber biosynthesis. The heat stable RBSP is shown to have a molecular weight of 13 068 Da by mass spectroscopy. Amino acid sequence of peptide fr...
متن کاملMetabolic routes affecting rubber biosynthesis in Hevea brasiliensis latex
The cytosolic mevalonate (MVA) pathway in Hevea brasiliensis latex is the conventionally accepted pathway which provides isopentenyl diphosphate (IPP) for cis-polyisoprene (rubber) biosynthesis. However, the plastidic 2-C-methyl-D-erythritol 4-phosphate (MEP) pathway may be an alternative source of IPP since its more recent discovery in plants. Quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR) expression profiles ...
متن کاملTECHNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF LATEX AND NATURAL RUBBER OF Hevea brasiliensis CLONES
Rubber industry has increased the requirements for quality and uniformity of natural rubber produced in Brazil. Technological properties of latex and natural rubber of clones GT 1, PB 235, IAN 873 and RRIM 600 [Hevea brasiliensis (Willd. Former Adr. de Juss.) Muell.Arg] were evaluated by standard methods of the dry rubber content (DRC%), percentage of nitrogen (N%) and percentage of ashes (ASH%...
